Policies, Processes and Procedures: Participates in developing all relevant HR policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day to Day: Completes the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure that work processes are implemented
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborates with other departments in activities that require to ensure capturing accurate information and ensure overall alignment
Oversees that all employee related documents, files, and information are regularly reviewed, updated, and maintained to ensure having accurate employee-related data
Facilitates the performance management cycle and communicates regularly with the department directors to ensure accurate and on-time implementation of the elements of the performance cycle
Collaborates with directors to asses manpower needs/ develop a workforce plan and forecast employment needs to ensure facilitating the needs of the Factory
Handles CV short listing, candidate selections, interviews in coordination with concerned department directors to ensure proper selection and on onboarding for new Joiners based on conducted manpower plan
