Ajman Markets Cooperative Society was declared on Sunday, 03/02/2008 by the Ministry of Social Affairs ministerial decision No. 58 of 2008, after completing all the requirements of publicity. The publicity officially became the new starting point for AMCS as it had the legal personality through which it can engage in activities that fall within the purposes and objectives and consistent with the Regulations.
