- Source and close new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, face-to-face meetings, and other means to help grow FTML’s market share
- Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process from open to close
- Create proposals, manage and control pricing and contractual issues
- Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering superior service
- Track all customer sales related activities in Salesforce.com/others.
- Travel (annual conferences, client meetings) domestically and internationally
