- Investigate and analyse the incoming chargeback and respond with the required documents.
- Analyse the chargeback patterns and trends to understand the overall client behaviour.
- Track rules and regulations for card networks/schemes, acquirers and banks
- Develop MIS data for all chargeback, mitigation and resolution mechanisms
- In charge of monitoring and recording data relevant to the merchant's incoming disputes and maintaining a high level of accuracy
