- Lead people matters such as developing goals and measuring performance to the approved goals; staff retention and organizational development; liaison to the public, government, affiliated organizations, and other stakeholders; develop member services and member development.
- Provide full support in development of organizational targets to CEO. Acting CEO in the absence of CEO with assigned authority.
- Ensures compliance to contracts including PPA, IA, O&M, and others
- Ensures compliance to local regulations grid connection, environmental, social and others
- Maintains a healthy relationship with stakeholders including Offtaker and partners.
- Sources ways and means to optimize operations, pre-empting and identifying challenges and opportunities to increase profit margin.
