- Analyzing information and data necessary to define and discern policy implications regarding disputes, negotiations, working conditions and potential areas of concern.
- Enforcing local laws and regulations along with HR policy and procedures when managing conflicts or disputes.
- Conducting exit interviews and identifying underlying issues that may require attention.
- Conducting investigations and initiating the appropriate disciplinary action in line with HR policies and labor law, ensuring the proper follow up action is taken.
