- Lead and champion social and digital strategy across the agency
- Be accountable for digital strategy creation including platform, campaign, content, media channel and measurement recommendations.
- Develop strategic digital recommendations for clients and new business proposals
- Use creative thinking to create commercially astute solutions for our clients
- Strategically manages the agency-client relationship to strengthen and grow
- Plays a primary role in client presentations (written and presenting) especially new business
- Plans, develops, and defends budget recommendations, work goals, measurements, and training requirements necessary to provide both quality and profitable service to Clients.
- Maintains awareness and controls situations which may lead to the risk of write-offs.Maintains open and complete communications of Client issues with functional leaders and corporate management.
- Take a leadership role at the Management Table
