Manage customer project/services scope on an ongoing basis.
Set up and manage customer and internal meetings.
Provide regular project and service updates to customers.
Own the customer onboarding process.
Refine and Develop existing processes.
Establish a new internal system such as Monday.com, Clickup, Basecamp and/or refine our existing use of Trello, Slack etc. Ideally, you'll have experience with these systems.
Ensure customer reports are completed and sent on time.
