- Manage customer project/services scope on an ongoing basis.
- Set up and manage customer and internal meetings.
- Provide regular project and service updates to customers.
- Own the customer onboarding process.
- Refine and Develop existing processes.
- Establish a new internal system such as Monday.com, Clickup, Basecamp and/or refine our existing use of Trello, Slack etc. Ideally, you'll have experience with these systems.
- Ensure customer reports are completed and sent on time.
