The Oxford Partnership (TOP) brings together two exceptional education and training providers in Activate Learning Oxford and Moulton College. This powerful partnership has established four women’s colleges in the North of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – namely, Al Jouf Sakaka, Arar and Al Qurayyat, in addition to Al-Madinah. Each of our Colleges will have 2000 full time students. High quality teaching, learning and assessment are at the heart of The Oxford Partnership.
