Mr. Rokadiya started this firm with in a small office had 2 staff and with his dedication and strong business policies he has succeed to tie up with big groups for Man Power recruitment in foreign Countries. Rokadiya Overseas is a firm which handles the complete process for easement of its clients and our procedure includes the following steps: Conducting Interviews. Selection of Candidates and obtaining offer letters from Employer. Taking confirmation from Employer and obtaining premedical examination of selected candidates. If candidate is unfit we provide replacement of the said unfit candidate. After that we Provide signed offer letters to the employer. After receiving visa, we obtain final medical examination of selected candidates. We then, coordinate with candidate and employer for booking flight, till the candidate reached to the employer. And we complete all before said procedure with in the given time frame. Our procedure doesn’t end here we keep in touch with the employer and candidates to make a peaceful and productive relation between both of them.
