Group L ABOUT US We have a dream. A dream to make youth successfully employed. A dream that we work on everyday. We strive to achieve our dream by developing the skills of youth mainly in the retail, hospitality, healthcare, security and facility management fields and thereafter assisting them in finding gainful employment. GroupL Services is a 42 year old company with roots in Kolkata, India. We started life as a security company providing manned guards and gradually expanded to cleaning services and facility management within India only. In the Middle East we are a workforce solutions company which provides training and ethical recruitment services to end employers. We focus on the entry level workers in each organisation who most require a standardised method of learning. GroupL is associated with various government bodies in the UAE and in India to establish skill development through an entire industry. We believe in ethically recruiting candidates as per laws local to each country. Candidates sourced, trained and recruited through us reach their place of employment completely job-ready. Our ability to recruit and train manpower expands to Bhutan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Cameroon, Ghana, Pakistan, Philippines, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Uganda and Vietnam.
