Job Description
· Preparation of VAT returns of all GCC counties its submission to the relevant tax authorities. · Organizing external audits of the Group and its subsidiaries in GCC counties along with submission of the tax returns of subsidiaries    · Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits. · Ensuring timely disbursement of monthly payroll of entire group as well full & final settlements including indemnity according to applicable labor laws in different GCC countries. · Maintaining statutory record, minutes book, CR, lease agreements and other related documents. · Preparation of Management Information Reports etc. for effective financial & tax management. · Ensure that the business goals and objectives of the Company are met. · Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by senior leadership team. · Involvement in the preparation and communication of financial statements· Ensure IFRS compliance regarding all financial functions· Review general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation· Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems· Prepare and present periodic financial budgeting reports including profit and loss of companies under the group, and their forecast vs. budgeted financial· Ensuring proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software of the Co.· Any special assignment given by DF/CEO and or other competent authority.
