. • Work, collaborate and build relationships cross-functionally and with suppliers, to drive the best possible outcomes with speed
. • Continuously look for ways to drive improvements, cost out and mitigate risks.
• Build business cases to understand financial benefits for all initiatives and design execution roadmap.
• Drive competitive bidding and supplier negotiations to achieve YOY savings target.
• Embrace change, utilize and champion new & existing digital tools (i.e. Tableau, QWIK, etc.)
• Ensure alignment with OFE and BHGE commodity teams strategy.
• Lead and coordinate top suppliers monthly/quarterly QMRs to drive increased performance, continuous improvement and global alignment.
• Track and measure supplier’s long term agreement performance.
• Ensuring all Sales groups have effective strategic sourcing plans. Each plan should consider any location or product line-specific terms and conditions, and any delivery / quality / cost risk and variation tracking tools (the communication of these plans to operational personnel, Sales colleagues, suppliers and clients will be critical to their successful implementation)
