Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyse trends in claims spending/unit cost and utilisation of services at customer and In-house clinic level in order to identify areas for possible savings.
Ensure that all In-house clinics operate Bupa contractual and medical procedures effectively through effective training and regular visits.
Plan, coordinate and carry out with In-house clinic staff periodic performance review to ensure objective deliveries as per targets and maintain professional relationship with customers.
Improve Bupa negotiation position with the customers during renewal giving Bupa a competitive edge due to the quality of service and the efficient performance of the In-house clinic.
Identify and Develop Cost effective primary care delivery module considering customer and geographical evolving landscape.
Assess, evaluate and improve in collaboration with the affiliated providers, the quality of services delivered by the In-house clinics to our customers.
Manage medical and admin team recruitment, staffing, induction and individual capability building plan in alignment with the Talent Acquisition Team.
Assess and evaluate, on a periodic basis, Individual In-house clinic operational performance progress against clear and defined objectives.
Plan, coordinate and Drive with the Operations Director and Provider Relations Director the In-house clinic Strategy agenda and its delivery.
Continuously strive for Focus improvement initiatives to land outstanding contribution delivery to our business with the best Service delivery.
Resource materials, policies and Procedures for the production and delivery of staff and patient education programs.
