Experience:1 to 5 years of position-related experience.
Implementation of infection Control practice in accordance with standards and regulatory Authorities.
Serves as an Infection Control Consultant to all level of health care.
Provides Infection Control reports and surveillance monitoring.
Facilitates education of patients and their visitors hygienic and community health measures.
Implements and maintains confidential documentation, automated surveillance data and reports.
Communicates effectively in both verbal and written form.
Identifies infection control issues in relation to patient care, product evaluation, risk management.
Interacts effectively with multi-disciplinary team on behalf of patient care and patient/visitor education.
Provide approachable and available consultation and is on call.
Demonstrates effective communication.
Understand staff development concepts and educational techniques.
Demonstrates flexibility and innovations approach to work relationships.
