Experience : Minimum 10-15 yrs experience is cost control. Project based cost control experience gained within the Oil and Gas industry or Petrochemical industry.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage cost impact caused by change order and prepare claim
- Performs or supervises complex project field control activities, develops totally integrated cost control programs.
- Provides comments and recommendations for cost engineenng requirements relative to staffing and project field control
- Analyze cost for generating recommendations for improved efficiency and cost savings for the project.
- Design invoicing and collecting monetary value in accordance with corporate procedure
- Forecast and manage cash flow to prevent financial risk and develop mitigation strategy
- Plans, organizes, and supervises project cost budgets with field control manager
- Planning, organizing and supervising the resource and people demanded in cost control
