Review facility HVAC schematic designs, systems and requirements.
Responsible in HVAC Systems commissioning work.
Review of all commissioning test results in compliance to low current standards and project specifications.
Resolve HVACV technical issues as per International relevant Code as reference.
Attend meetings on site
Should be able to design and conduct all types of relevant tests
Should be able to record, analyze and interpret testing data
Propose modifications and test methodologies.
Prepare product documentations, write incidents reports, troubleshooting report, and give presentations
Monitor products in use to improve on future design.
Reviews continuously all HVAC PPM programs including task lists to be always updated, frequencies to be changed based on the conditions and needs.
Recommending new technologies to be used in maintenance.
Recommends, establishes and monitors the HVAC condition assessment programs that is planned and implemented by maintenance service provider. Report results and asset categories to the community maintenance management.
Works closely with maintenance inspection and audit teams to review findings continually in order to put continuous improvement practices and actions.
Support asset management team for HVAC asset decision making and updating the asset replacement plans.
Provide any required technical support for any team within Client if requested by the direct lead.
Review engineering packages for new projects shared by Engineering and Project Management Department with Community Maintenance to ensure proper operations and maintenance is considered.
Review continually the HVAC specifications of materials and spare parts, and report any non-complying and inadequate quality.
Using reliability engineering methods/tools to identify and reduce risks and issues such as. FMEA – Failure modes and effects analysis, FTA – Fault tree analysis, ETA – Event tree analysis etc.
Utilize the MAXIMO HVAC data frequently for any Technical analysis.
Develops and review all acceptance testing criteria.
Monitor community maintenance service provider while participating in the final check-out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
