Bachelors or Master's Degree with Life Science/Biotechnology background.
5 years relevant sales experience in Life Sciences working with channel partners (Distributors) in Israel.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a complex, matrix team structure.
Self-Starter with a strong capability in time management.
A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and a desire to grow new business.
Demonstrated business management & resource allocation skills including business plan development.
Strong business acumen; financial & organizational skills.
High level presentation & interpersonal skills; able to communicate & present ideas to customers/Distributors in a way that produces understanding & impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
Ability to energize, develop, & build rapport, collaboration & influence at all levels within an organization.
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking & customer first attitude.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
