• Read, write, and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions (certain preferences may be given for special language skills when there is a business need).- • Coordinate with Mandoop, Public/Government Relation Officer, and Operations for any employee credential renewals such as Baladiya, Visa, Passport, Civil ID and the like. • Follow and maintain issuing and renewing all company’s licenses • Supervise all the procedures related to the staff residency. • Organize all incoming employees on boarding checklist and needs such as internal emails, flight booking, making placards, accommodation stuff, HR formalities, etc. • Supervise & review payroll process, leave and benefits calculations & payments • Send communication emails for HR policy duly approved by HR Department and management \ • Collate Attendance Details for payroll purposes • Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications and applicant logs. • Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements. • Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential. • Maintain the compliance with all formal laws, rules and procedures. • Prepare reports to higher management. • Ensure that all employees files and HR system data is maintained and updated. • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence related to HR dept. • Administer all HR-related documentation such as employment offers & contracts. • Maintain the compliance with all formal laws, rules and procedures. • Communicate with external parties such as recruitment agents, embassies, ministries, insurance companies & travel agents.
