• Experience in processing new hires Residence Permit (RP) applications for employees and their dependents, including issuance of entry permit, scheduling medical and biometrics appointment, and issuance of ID. • Assist with office inspections/audits, as required. • Record management – update visa administration information. • Submit documents for Commercial and Trade Licenses business requirements. • Advise management of best alternative work permit activities for staff in the processing of visas. • Provide continuous advice in regard to new rules in the governmental departments. • Provide PRO daily report to the HR to update the recruitment report.
