Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Project Management or any related field •Strong experience in managing development projects, preferably with a focus on community empowerment. •Good understanding /knowledge of the local context and sensitivities in Jordan. •Experience in conducting community engagement and empowerment processes. •Demonstrable team capacity building skills and experience, and in convening and facilitating trainings and workshops. •Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
