- Reviewing and active participation on financial model set up with Global Supply/Finance/TPM team Warehousing and aligning distributor activities Multiple documentations for bulk and finished goods and aligning SFDA requirements Coordinate shipping/local transportation within the affiliate.
- Quality control between local TPM, distributors & Affiliate Work with Global team to set up products parameter in various systems.
- Monitoring the monthly LBE of TPM products.
- Ensure the adherence to Abbott Quality Control Standards at the TPM sites and production lines.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Material Department on placing and supplying the market with the required products.
- Ensure adherence to our Master Manufacturing Formula & Standard Test Methods at all TPM production sites.
- Secure regular market supply by delivering the finished products at the due date.
