- Liaise with the Quality Department as appropriate to ensure that all the regulatory requirements are met.
- Responsible for recording the TRAX Computer System, maintenance actions performed on each engine and aircraft. Also responsible for ensuring that all related logbooks and other technical records entries are made and signed by appropriate and authorized persons.
- When necessary, produce historical and service reports of each part tracked by TRAX system and documentary evidence by way of serviceable tags to show removal / installation on an aircraft.
- Ensure that upon completion of inspection and maintenance of aircraft, engine and components the maintenance work package is collected, collated and checked for completeness.
