- Develops and executes strategic plan to achieve the showroom’s sales target and expand customer base.
- Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop client base through prospecting, qualifying and approaching target customers in target market along with the current customers.
- Build the right sales presentation to each target customers segment.
- Check and develop the designs quality and ensure that the designs matching the company’s design standards.
- Ensure that the sales designers make the required following-up with the customers.
- Follow-up and supervise the performance, attitude and professionalism of the sales designers and the back office staff.
- Follow-up and supervise monthly/annual target achievements for the showroom.
- Provide products knowledge to the sales staff.
- Coordinate with the design department to organize the showroom display according to the company’s design standards.
