Responsibilities:
• Implement change management within TD in support of QR learning culture.
• Implement continuous improvement processes, systems and frameworks at TD and QRG learning units from delivery, design, digital and implementation of learning solutions perspective while emebedding the use of TD’s learning platforms.
• Drive the TESS program end to end within TD, conduct required analysis, present results and implement required changes.
• Support the implementation of TESS in other training units to achieve consistency in training delivery across QRG.
• Manage the Learning Excellence Accreditation Program (LEAP) Partner pool and all its associated tasks including the upskilling, coaching, mentoring and auditing of LEAP trainers.
• Design and manage implementation the internal audit process for TD training solutions.
• Design and deliver learning solutions for TD staff upskilling or reskilling in the areas of, but not limited to delivery and design and other technical competencies.
• Mentor specialists within Learning Excellence and Quality team to implement the department strategy.
• To be committed and contribute to the National talent development, by coaching the national developees, preparing them for a career with boundless potential. Leading to the program’s continued growth and success.
