Role: Provide quality maintenance activities like IPF testing, preventive maintenance and
corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment as per the CONTRACT scope
requirements
Carry out routine and non-routine maintenance and IPF testing on all types of
instrument loops and
Interpret Work Orders, carry out fault finding and repair of instrument control loops
without permanent supervision including electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic
Remove and re-install all field instruments and be able to organize and carry out loop
Undertake pre-commissioning and functional testing on new
Ensure that all WORK history with necessary details and data is entered into the
CMMS system on completion of maintenance activities, e
Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW
Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when
Requirements
Qualification: HND or Diploma in relative discipline or its Alternatively, a trade test
witnessed by COMPANY discipline
Experience: More than 8 years experience in the oil and gas or power generation industries with a
minimum of 4 years in an Instrument Maintenance Technician
English Language read, write and speaking to IELTS level
Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows and good understanding of
Meet all the requirements for Instrument Technician as stated under S/N 20
Can read and understand drawings and functional logic diagrams, cause and effect
matrices and control and IPF
Able to use all test equipment as required to carry out maintenance and fault-finding
Use required test instruments like multi meter/simulators/communicator/dead weight
to carry out maintenance activities
