- Create and communicate daily and periodic sales report to the Sales Manager & Sales team, including consolidated reports of the Sales team efforts including client visits and meetings, requested samples, sample follow-up and testing results, client requests, Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Invoices, and client feedback/complaint. Any information mentioned in the daily report must be followed-up, taken into consideration and handled by the Sales Coordinator.
- Keep readily available copies of the company profile in Arabic and English, including products brochures, MSDSs & TDSs, and any other relevant documentation such as lab reports, certificates, and product analysis in both hard and soft copy forms. This may include communicating with the R&D department to provide the latest and most updated reports and documentation.
