- Managing all of the company’s lease contracts and relationship portfolios and act as a liason between Panda, the service providers and the landlords.
- Ensure proper supervision is in place on all of the company’s sublease shops and spaces. This including esclating to the service providers and management concerns or direction.
- Grow and strenthining relationships with major business partners such as developers, contractors and invistment houses for current and future plans.
- Responsible for all rent expense of stores, warehouses and labor compounds to different types of landlords.
- Responsible for Panda’s renewal contracts for all assigned property types.
- Manage the rent expenses payments and ensure they are made within the agreed timeline and based on correct calculations.
