- Prepares assists and coordinates the development of all project-related documentation Maintains and monitors project plans schedules and expenditures to ensure budgets are maintained and expenditure is controlled Maintains a weekly calendar of all scheduled administrative activities Supports implementation and management of good processes Assists in project meeting preparation and execution Drafts agendas minutes and presentation materials Maintains electronic files and database management and tracks project activities and team communications Liaises with client representatives to resolve any escalations raised by them Familiarizes him herself with the relevant
