Project Engineer

• To Manage a defined project from the Sales Enquiry, definition, preparation, mobilization, installation & commissioning as described in the business Project Management Procedures.
  
• Working under the Technical and Project Manager, in conjunction with other key functions , UAE Operational locations and Product Development
  
• Capture all Equipment/Assets documents and prepare Technical Files for review.
  
• Interact daily with the Project team and Operations to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
  
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel s performance) and report regularly on project status.
  
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
  
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project team to provide assistance and technical support.
  
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  
• Enforce health and safety procedures.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree, HNC/HND in Mechanical / Electrical/ HSEQ/ Industrial or equivalent technical qualification with 3 years work experience in related field (E)
  
• Certified IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & API Spec Q2) Internal Auditor with minimum of 2 years Auditing experience.
  
• PMP Certified with at least 3 years of multiple project and people management experience
  
• Basic Offshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET)
  
• Minimum 3-4 years total working experience in a project management role (with 3+ years managing team / in supervisory role) in relevant sector (energy / oil & gas) with an aggregate of 4 year offshore/ island based work experience
  
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience working within oilfield drilling waste industry as related service or process provider
  
• Demonstrate proven experience in organizing your own work effectively and setting priorities to meet competing deadlines.
  
• Commitment and strong understanding of the issues surrounding the quality of client service delivery
  
• Competent in reading and understanding Engineering drawings
  
• Working Knowledge of mechanical & electrical equipment certification requirements for the Oil & Gas sector
  
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and the ability to use business support software
  
• Working knowledge in employee engagement, personnel training & competency related subject matter
  
• DNV 2.7-1 knowledge
  
• ATEX and CE knowledge
  
• Knowledge of welding and manufacturing processes
  
• Ability to work to a high standard at all times.
  
• Competent in inspection techniques.
  
• Ability to develop and follow operational instructions or process.
  
• Dedicated to promoting a positive image of the company.
  
• Responsible attitude towards safety and equipment
