الوصف الوظيفي
• Pick-up and delivery of customer’s equipment as scheduled by the recall system.
• Provide direct interface with customer representatives to ensure they understand the KAF's calibration system's benefits and responsibilities.
• Receive, process, and track equipment within the laboratory to ensure data is available to laboratory management for timely scheduling of calibration and repairs
. • Coordinate with customers to ensure calibration technicians have required information to perform efficient calibration and repair action. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Program Manager or Designated Representative.
