Marketing Director

• Develop and execute innovative Marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the viability of the malls through profit growth and merchant mix.
  
• Establish Marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of the malls.
  
• Own the responsibility for supporting and activating all consumer promotional concepts, events, services, and marketing programs that drive sales and traffic.
  
• Proactively initiates ideas for testing new marketing channels, campaigns and concepts.
  
• Conduct meetings regularly with the team to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions.
  
• Provide training to ensure the team is consistently performing above standard.
  
• Assist the Leasing team through the creation of tailored leasing presentations, including pamphlets, brochures, presentation packages, and targeted advertising.
  
• Develop and maintain positive relations with Mall Merchants, including Store Managers, District Managers and Regional Managers
  
• Oversee the mall website and social media profiles to ensure that our centers and stores are being properly advertised in the digital world.
  
• Develop and administer the Marketing budget in a responsible manner, striving to increase the overall profitability of the Malls to include the exploration of all budgetary variances.
  
• Ensure effective control of Marketing results and take corrective action to be certain that Marketing objectives have been achieved within the designated budget.
  
• Plan and oversee the organizations advertising and promotions activities including traditional and digital marketing efforts to properly promote the malls.
  
• Develop and maintain relations with local media to enhance public relations and exposure of the malls
  
• Write press releases and distribute them to both online and offline media.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor in Marketing or Business administration.
  
• 10+ years of marketing experience in the retail, real estate or hospitality industry.
  
• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
  
• Experience in leasing management is a plus.
  
• Experience in the KSA is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Proficient in Ms Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint...)
  
• Strong leadership skills.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills.
  
• Creative thinking.

• Ability to market products and services.
  
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
