Responsibilities:
• To achieve max revenue by utilizing all available space and pre booking or double selling where possible.
• To ensure all members follow the marinas rules and regulations and making sure all relevant information is held for each members / boat.
• To handle membership disputes and to be available to the members
Budgets.
• To study market trends, and to liaise with the financial controller on the years performances through quarterly P+L meetings. To discus the following years budgets and to identify where there is growth potential.
• To drive the team to achieve the months targets, to identify the following month’s workloads and through discussion with the services manager, achieve targets year round.
• To identify the following year’s capital expenditure and to produce these on request and highlight those profit generating items of simple item replacements.
Staff.
• To manage a team of multi national individuals and to highlight those who show strength and willing, to enable those to be put forward for internal promotions or increases..
• To study budgets and to put forward new head counts for the following year and identify salary increases where necessary.
• To locate new staff through either local or international press. To interview and identify those who would best benefit the department.
• To work closely with the in house HR team in any aspect of staff finding, visa’s, salaries, terminations, head counts etc.
