Our Empire is Growing and we re looking for a Learning & Advancement Manager.

Our Human Resources team is expanding and looking for knowledgeable, passionate, energetic, creative Learning specialist to join the team.

Job Summary: At the macro level, Learning & Advancement is about understanding the hotel strategy and its future talent/capability needs in order to identify learning priorities across the organisation. On an individual level, it s about creating learning environments where colleagues can continuously develop to be their best.

L&A Manager will put in place learning initiatives that enable our team members to continually learn and develop, whilst being exceptionally savvy with the motivational and behavioral aspects to create impactful learning. The L&A Manager will excel at identifying the current and future skills requirements and in creating, delivering flexible learning interventions (through digital, face to face and other means) to meet the diverse needs of our colleagues/workforce.

Here are some of the activities you can expect to lead :
  • Designing learning solutions to temper and enhance orientation of our team members towards the key goal of providing luxury service to our guests
  • Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes
  • Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of team member development
  • Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programmes
  • Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
  • Facilitating learning interventions on timely basis with focus on achieving ROI and learning engagement
  • Creating a coaching culture in the organisation
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees
  • Carrying out capability assessments across the organisation


Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and proven track record of demonstrating tangible results.
  • Preferably from Hospitality/Luxury hotel,resort background
  • Exceptionally good communication skills, particularly in English
  • International Hospitality experience as well as CIPD/ SHRMs L&D Specialty credentials is a plus.
