- Identify relevant communications and engagement opportunities, and evaluate their effectiveness
- Helps develop and leads the implementation of an internal communications strategy (including tactics, activities and materials) that adds to AIR’s culture and fosters employee engagement while communicating the organization’s policy, program aims and priorities
- Support planning and execution of global company all hands meetings including event logistics, executive presentations
- Participate in the elaboration of internal and external communications (brainstorming sessions, ideation and conceptualization of videos, brochures, promotional items)
- Supporting the Global Head of Internal Communications with Senior Management, The Group Communications Director and the HR Director to develop YNAPG voice internally
- Along with the Global Head of Internal Communications develop an internal communications and engagement strategy for our global community in line with our business priorities
- Managing communication initiatives and an annual calendar which speaks to all members of our diverse community
- Coordinate and publish regular company-wide newsletters, interviews, and newsflashes (among other tools) in an innovative and compelling manner
- Ensure our managers are equipped to deliver messaging and communications to their team members
- Coordinating small cross functional project teams (creative, digital asset management, CMS, social media and production)
