IAPS Sr. Planning engineer

• Support the IAPS team to design, implement and maintain a sustainable short- and long-term IAPS.
  
• Ensuring collaboration between all stakeholders to deliver an integrated optimized execution schedule in compliance with the appropriate procedures and regulations.
  
• Assuring safe and effective execution of the agreed activities
  
• Minimizing shutdown deferment across assets in the value chain while safeguarding technical integrity.
  
• Overseeing the administration of OLNG s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Business Intelligence (BI) and planning tool (Primavera).
  
• Support output-based maintenance scope in the CONTRACT.
  
• Select and request for the proper materials and equipment for larger jobs.
  
• Work with Primavera or Microsoft Project planning software package.
  
• Use resource loading and scheduling to produce progress status reports.
  
• Develop and submit applicable look ahead plans as per the CONTRACT to ensure integration with COMPANY look ahead plans.
  
• Plan associated activities for all Work Orders/ requests well in advance including but not limited to plan and schedule COMPANY complex multi-discipline maintenance activities including work scope and required resources, to ensure the follow-up for Work Order closure while ensuring adherence to standard procedures.
  
• Prepare maintenance Work Packs for all preventive and corrective maintenance Work Orders.
  
• Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW Holder as and when required
  

Requirements

• Degree or HND in relative discipline or its equivalent.
  
• Around 8 years experience in planning of maintenance activities in the petrochemical/oil and gas or power generation industry.
  
• English language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 4.
  
• Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows.
  
• Able to work with Primavera P6 or latest version and Microsoft Project planning software package.
  
• Experienced with resource loading and scheduling to produce progress status reports.
  
• Able to plan associated activities for all Work Orders/requests well in advance.
