To perform all duties related to daily HR Operations, transactions and employment services, including but not limited to: personnel services, employees requests, filing & archiving, recording daily transactions in the system, maintaining correct and updated employees information, provide assistant to employees inquires, implement and track implementation of policy and procedure, control and maintain policy implementation, coordinate with HOD in all HR Tasks and perform accordingly. Coordinate all government requirements and issues. provide weekly monthly HR reports to the direct manager. maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, perform any other related duties that may be assigned by HOD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
. To work with the HR Team colleagues in ensuring that the department s core business systems and processes run smoothly with HR data being kept up-to-date and documentation is regularly filed both electronically and manually.
. To collect all required documents from new joiners and complete their personal files.
. Custodian of personal files of staff.
. Ensure that accurate JDs of staff are in place.
. Prepare regular needed statistics reports (monthly, quarterly and annually).
. Preparation of data for MOHE.
. Preparation & Reporting of NCAAA.
. Preparation, circulation and collection of evaluations (Probation, Renewal, Annual Performance)
. Preparation of Staff Profile Form (one pager), in order to renew staff contract.
. Liaison with staff & HODs for any work related requirements.
. To coordinate with Audit, Risk, Finance Departments.
. To work with HR colleagues to develop a high quality HR service.
. Preparation of Contracts (new staff and renewals) and ensure to complete the filing.
Education:
Holder of Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
Certified training in the specialization is an added value.
