Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on recruitment activities to attract Saudi talents and fulfill staffing requirements in KSA
- Ensures a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Responsible for tracking and updating all labor and government related online platforms
- Handle the medical and insurance files for the employees.
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
- Assist the L&D team in the administration and tracking of employee development training.
- Engages employees and resolves issues expediently, with professionalism and tact. Escalates concerns as appropriate.
- Performs employee onboarding to include data entry into the HR Information system and new employee orientation. Ensures data entered is complete and accurate and employees have a thorough understanding of Company policies and procedures.
- Participate in the exit process for the employees.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 Years experience as HR Specialist or Generalist
- Must be based in KSA
- BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
- High proficiency in Local labor law
- Excellent communication Skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English Speaking, writing and reading
