Responsibilities:
- Plan & Design annual HR initiatives to support the Company s strategic
- Deliver all 4 quadrants of HR - Serve as an employee advocate, functional expert, change agent and business
- Represent HR function with G&A functions leadership team engaging on strategic direction for facility and management of strategic direction, profitability, and performance
- Lead and support OHS, D&E and G&A
- Manage the internal communications
- Coordinating the implementation of performance management initiatives as well as OD programmes as
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations to create strong employee
- Facilitate a productive, safe work environment and an exciting and rewarding place to
- Identify and coordinate the execution of corporate training strategy at all
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward company
- Ensure sound industrial relations are built and maintained by facilitating the resolution of disputes, negotiating with the employees at plant level, chairing employees meetings, and ensuring substantive & procedural fairness in disciplinary
- Representing the Company at different Government forums and ensuring adherence to agreements and
- Serve as liaison with the Company Attorneys as deemed
- Developing recruitment specifications and recommendations through efficient sourcing of high calibre candidates and coordinating with the Company s assessment
- Authorising of contracts, loan applications, further study assistance and payroll
- Project management of HR programmes, key initiatives and other exercises occurring on an ad-hoc
- Provide timely advice to G&A management regarding people management
- Provide accurate case law advice to line management on grievance and disciplinary
- Create responsible strategies to deal with HR dispute issues and make decisions that align with the long-term interest of the
- Provide guidance and specialist input on recruitment matters and driving down ongoing
- In conjunction with G&A Management decide on development and promotional opportunities for
Requirements
- A Bachelors/Master s degree in Human Resource Management is
- Further HR professional training would be a distinctive
- A demonstrated ability to apply the relevant labour legislation and the management of labour relations is
- Experience in delivering appropriate interventions given identification of potential operational people
- Ideally an assertive individual with strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and Computer
