Our Client, a Leading Multinational FMCG organisation are seeking to hire a HR Director to lead the HR Strategy for the KSA Commercial Units by aligning the HR operating model with the Commercial Unit strategy to achieve the organisation s annual operating
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the HR Strategy by defining a strategic set of KPI s and overseeing the HR managerial team who are accountable for the implementation of talent management strategies, performance management processes, employee and union relations strategies, business architecture transformation and productivity
- Lead the talent management strategy for assigned area by the right execution of People Planning Process and leadership and manage quality improvement
- Enabling talent development platforms to guarantee the Directive and Managerial Pipeline needed to support the short and long term business
- Co-lead the implementation of key business strategies, through the reengineering of structures, the definition of communication, training and change management processes to drive business
- Leading cultural behaviors deployment across all operations, providing coaching and mentoring for Senior Directive team to set the right management tone to guarantee the cultural alignment needed to achieve Company s
- Lead the people productivity agenda, by identifying and defining national labor cost opportunities, integrating multifunctional teams and directing the implementation and change management processes to increase productivity and company
- Direct organizational design and business architecture process by integrating multifunctional teams, aligning positions structures to operative models and defining the key talent
- Architect and champion,the Human Capital Strategy including appropriate talent and organization interventions and drive strategy &
- Be the catalyst for sustained business performance and ensure that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible
- Perform talent and organization diagnoses to align with and drive ; Prioritize solutions that will deliver the most
- Coach Business leader and other senior team
- Measure and track the quality of HR functions by defining, prioritizing and measuring HRs contribution to business
- Monitors and maximize staff effectiveness in Business
- Calibrate with Core services to ensure necessary services are being delivered and desired results are
- Be the liaison for business and communicate COE design & deliverables in AOP cycle and any customized HR work based on unique business

Requirements
- At least 10-15 years as HR Generalist among different Business
- Graduation in Business Administration, Economy or related
- Master s degree, MBA or HR
- Fluency in English and
