- Trains store staff and franchisee on operation of equipment, food processes, food safety, merchandising routines and food preparation
- Maintains proper PPE and follows all company safety and SQF guidelines
- Managing contracted food service providers
- Sourcing new and exciting food sources, including caterers and local providers
- Staying up to date with trends, restaurants, and events in the food industry
- Keep informed on new products, pricing, and other general program and industry information
- Serve as a consultant to both prospects and clients looking to strengthen their commitment to sustainable packaging and waste diversion goals
- Work with and train brokers as needed making joint calls on pre-approved operators
- Report monthly sales activities and business related matters to Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales at the end of each month
- Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
