  • Create Fleet Sales strategy, plan & execute based on recommended fleet channels per Business Plan.
  • To achieve assigned sales targets KPIs as per set objective by ensuring an agreed mix of models & types.
  • Maintain an up-to-date & accurate database of customers.
  • Create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment and conduct sales discussions with them.
  • Discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction whilst ensuring to achieve sales targets (monthly and annually).
  • Plan fleet events to support brand awareness.
  • Develops, maintains and strengthens business relationships with the customers and explore business opportunities with them to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Explain the process and timelines to the customer in depth until the delivery of the vehicles. Communicate the same in writing i.e. refund policy, finance deals processing timelines. The same is to be strictly followed by the Sales Consultant.
  • Comply with the sales cycle for each transaction. Coordinate with each department involved throughout the entire sales process until delivery of the vehicles.
  • Evaluates customer requirements and needs, and negotiates with the customers to finalize the deal.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department for all ideas, suggestions, highlights of new vehicles, feedback from customers etc.
  • All inquiries and leads are to be added to the company system.
  • All communication with customers must be only via company provided tools i.e. company mobile phone, company email address etc.
  • Attend to all leads forwarded to you in a timely and professional manner. Leads cannot be over-looked or disregarded. Each lead needs to be correctly contacted and responded to as soon as its been received.
  • After sales to be handled with diligence. All customer feedback to be taken seriously and be resolved in a timely manner. Continuous follow ups with the correct department is required until the matter is resolved.
  • Work closely with the Finance & Insurance department for all deals being processed and keep up to date with the latest finance and insurance information on rates, processes, approved list etc.
  • Maintain & submit daily activity reports to the Sales Manager on a daily/monthly basis.
  • Comply with all companies & departmental rules/regulations relating to the purchasing, registration, insuring & payment of vehicles by customers.
  • To keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits offered by dealerships range of cars.
  • Add value to every Sale by promoting Extended Warranty, Insurance, Service Contract, Accessories Sales, Etc.
  • Ensure knowledge of what is important to fleet owners when they purchase vehicles to maintain transparency.
  • Have thorough knowledge of product, SOP, credit procedures, etc.
  • Acquire sufficient knowledge of competitors products, specifications & prices to be able to overcome customer objections & preferences.



Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business

5+ years of Fleet Sales Consulting experience in the UAE Automotive industry.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
