ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain high-quality 3D BIM models of electrical systems and components, including power, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Work closely with electrical engineers, architects, and other design and construction professionals to ensure the model accurately represents the design intent.
• Interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure the model is accurate, constructible, and meets project requirements.
• Conduct design and analysis studies using the BIM model.
• Generate and update construction documents such as fabrication and installation drawings from the BIM model.
• Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure model accuracy.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, software updates, and advancements in BIM technology.
• Assist with project delivery and quality control.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as electrical bim modeler
• Proficient in Revit BIM software
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in the construction or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a plus.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma
