Domain Activation Lead

• Manage and coordinate everything related to sectors and domain activation
  
• Provide direction and guidance to domain activation managers
  
• Oversee the definition of domain activation plan including all involved stakeholders such as sector entities, professional services providers, technology providers and Data team
  
• Manage and oversee the development and execution of the domain activation blueprint including artifacts and templates
  
• Oversee the activation of the data programs of the domains covering data strategy, data management operating model and governance, data architecture, data model and catalogue, etc.
  
• Oversee the implementation of the data programs of the domains covering data collection, curation and publishing, data analytics use case implementation and data platform implementation
  
• Resolve any issues or risks related to the domain activation efforts
  
• Define quality assurance checklist on delivery of the domain activation program in alignment with standards, requirements and specifications
  
• Oversee the maintenance of a library of knowledge assets related to domain activation efforts that are typically generated from the execution of these programs
  
• Identify lessons learned and maintain as part of the knowledge base of the based on the efforts
  
• Act as the point of contact and subject matter expert on matters relating to domain activation
  
• Manage, coach, and mentor team members while providing specific, timely, and constructive performance feedback
  

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in leadership roles in the data sector
  
• Bachelors or Graduates Degree in Data Science, Information Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  
• Experience with the data platforms and tools
  
• Prior experience with Public Sector and/or Government Relationship Management is preferred
  
• Strong value realization, communication, mediation, conflict resolution, leadership and management skills
