Director of Orthopedic

One of the leading hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for a Director of Orthopedics who will be responsible for the direction and leadership of operational, financial, programmatic, and personnel activities for the Orthopedic Service Line and the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation. The position integrates operating goals and objectives for the areas of responsibility in the Hospital and Clinics. While the range of duties and responsibilities is broad and varied, the position s major responsibility is directing the day-to-day operations of orthopedics and rehabilitation services, including patient care operations, budgeting, fiscally sound financial management, contract review, marketing, and strategic planning. The Service Line Director works closely with various entities, coordinating the activities of the Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Program across the enterprise, and represents the interests of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Services at all times.

Required:

• Should have a Western qualification - UK board, Irish Board, Canadian or Australian board.
  
• Five years of department head experience or Senior level - Director or Head of Orthopedics Department
  
• Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English
