- Actively involved in end-to-end implementations from conceptualization to Go Live. Involved in scoping, analysis, design, development, customizations, and Support of all CX applications and business processes
- Accountable for timely delivery, meeting agreed standards, multi-tasking different activities, closely collaborating and mentoring the internal and external consultants.
- Effectively communicate in your client facing role for customer concerns requirements, status of tasks, risks and dependencies appropriately with the team to work and resolve gaps issues.
- Foster the culture of innovation, building and enduring healthy relationships with positive feedback from colleagues and customers.
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP’s best practices for implementing respective SAP module business processes. Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort. Provides effective subject matters expertise, support and assurance to business
