Assistant Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Drive the FIVE Human Resources Strategy and monitor its execution to ensure achievement of the objectives
• Facilitate and coordinate Performance Management across the hotels, ensuring effective execution so that colleagues have the opportunity to participate, receive feedback and be given opportunities to develop
• Support and drive recruitment activities - Identify opportunities for recruitment open days; plan, communicate and drive them
• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
• Designing global recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
• Hiring of the talent that fit with Vibe of FIVE
• Play a pivotal role in creating the Colleague Journey
• Making FIVE the most inspiring and a Great Place to Work
• Spearhead colleague relations which must reflect in higher retention and engagement, drive employee engagement engagement calendar and track effective engagement action plans across all departments.
• Direct the delivery of employee relations services, including employee grievances and disciplinary.
• Regularly analyses and review HR statistics to identify trends so that attention can be directed to key issues and resources adjusted accordingly.
