JOB PURPOSE:
- This position will be directly reporting to the general manager, and with 7 subordinators.
- This role is accountable for achieving the aftersales service goals and provides direction and leadership to the team members (if any) while responsible for the promotion of customer satisfaction.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
- According to the company overall strategic marketing planning, formulate the corresponding after-sales service planning, to ensure that the service capacity and spare parts supply to meet market needs.
- Make targeted aftersales service policies, guide, and help the distributor to improve their service quality and make sure they can effectively carry out the aftersales service.
- Provide spare parts warehouse storage management, spare parts supply and spare parts system management, as well as technical assistance to ensure the quality of maintenance service to customers.
- Aftersales network and service centre operation management strategy and planning.
- Technical and warranty management strategy and planning.
- Yearly technical and non-technical training plan, training centre management.
- Implement service promotion activities according to the markets need, timely handle customer complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
- Realize the requirements of company transition and development, fully explore the advantage and potential of employees and help them to improve competency,make the team comprehensive competency meet the company development needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years aftersales experience in automobile industry.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Automotive OEM aftersales director position.
- Good communication and written and spoken English and Arabic skills required.
- Master s degree Candidate or MBA degree required.
- Good knowledge of computer skill (MS Office)

- This position will be based in UAE, intensive travelling would be required.
Bachelor Degree or higher with fluency in English essential. (Arabic & Chinese are advantageous). Track record in administration and office management in automotive or trading industry. 5 years or above supervisory experience in managerial roles in international subsidiaries. Outstanding communication ability, rigor, respect of commitments made, delivery focus. Independent, a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge of related legal and compliance matters.
