Job Description
- Ability to perform well under pressure with multi-tasking with good team player
- Maintain records and report levels of usage stored properly.
- Learning about menu items and memorizing & developing new Mock Tail recipes
- To interact with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly, open and honest manner.
- To be consistently well groomed & professional in appearance and to wear the appropriate uniform.
- To minimize operating cost by using all equipment and products in accordance with the company guidelines and to ensure it.
- Maintain bar area perfect by removing trash, cleaning bar surfaces, glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Must have excellent communication, flexible, maintain personnel hygiene and interpersonal skills.
- Evaluates new trends and competitors’ products offering, and update the offering accordingly
- To be innovative, suggesting new ideas and investigating new ways of doing thinks or new services for our guests
