Requirements:
- 3 years of proven work experience as a Payment Specialist Financial Analyst or relevant role;
- Bachelors degree in finance economics mathematics statistics or in a related field;
- Experience in working with local payment providers and knowledge of ecommerce are considered as advantages;
- Solid experience in Zoho Books or Quick Books;
- Strong MSOffice skills: MS Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook;
- An ability to analyze market trends and provide databased advice;
- Fluency in English;
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills;
- Excellent time management organizational skills and attention to detail.
About the position:
- Generate invoices ensuring contractual compliance and purchase orders for internal approval & tracking of large expenses;
- Manage entries reconciliations proper costing and all incoming payments;
- Collaborate with management to gather and analyze financial information;
- Assist Department Manager with cash flow entries Budgeting and Forecasting;
- Submit VAT applications and VAT Refunds;
- Generate Receivables reports and other reports as requested;
- Analyze financial data to identify our company s financial status;
- Conduct cost revenue streams liquidity and benchmarking analyses;
- Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans;
- Keep informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial management.
